Parthasarathy N. S. ("Partha") has over 26 years of IT industry experience.

Partha heads the two fastest growing service lines at MindTree – Testing and Infrastructure Management Services. Partha's vision and passion for these service lines has helped the company build two strong pillars with a combined strength of over 3600 experts.

Partha is known for his expertise in setting up large Offshore Development Centers (ODC), handling global delivery & operations, and enabling delivery teams to provide the best-in-class service to customers.

Prior to co-founding MindTree, Partha was the General Manager of Wipro's Technology Solutions Division, where he led Wipro's Development Center for some of the large customers.

Today, Partha works with some of the leading educational institutions in India with a vision to bridge the industry-academia gap and foster better interactions.

Partha received a Masters (Honors) degree from BITS, Pilani and an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT, Kharagpur in India. Partha has an executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
