BENGALURU: Mid-sized IT services company Mindtree on Monday reported a growth of 58.6 per cent in its net profit at Rs.140.80 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014, when compared to the same period last year. Total revenue for the was Rs.911.70 crore, registering a growth of 15.3 per cent when compared to the same period last year. The company attributed the growth to better performance of its BFSI, retail, CPG and manufacturing and travel and hospitality verticals.
On a quarterly basis, the net profit and revenue grew 2.5 and 2.6 per cent, respectively. In dollar terms, the company's revenue grew 0.4 per cent sequentially to $147.7 million, while the profit witnessed a growth of 0.3 per cent to $22.8 million. In constant currency, the dollar revenue grew 2 per cent.
