Kalyan Kumar Banerjee
Senior Vice President

Kalyan Banerjee is currently responsible for Learning at MindTree. He grew up in a lovely little government colony quietly located between Dhanbad and Sindri in Jharkhand; graduated in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, and did his master’s in Computer Science in IIT Kanpur. He started life working in operating systems and that kept him engrossed for a decade. Currently, he is responsible for Learning at MindTree. In between, He has done plenty of other things, but his life seems to be knit by some thoughts that have stayed with him for a long time. He is trying to understand how people think, how people learn, more so why people learn; He wants to find out what makes people happy, why people have different values, how some people succeed while others with apparently greater talent don’t. He blogs with the goal of interacting with you, so that he can progress with his thoughts and find his answers!
