Sylvia Veeraraghavan is a Vice President with MindTree Ltd, where she plays the role of a Process Evangelist and heads the Delivery Enablement for the Testing Business Unit. Ms Sylvia Veeraraghavan has more than 20 years of experience in IT, spending time as a developer, project manager, head of the testing practice and process evangelist. At MindTree Sylvia started as a Project Manager, she was called to found the Testing Practice for one of the divisions in 2003, under her the team grew to a 550+ in 5 years, since 2009 she has been playing the role of a Process Evangelist for the Testing BU, she has revamped the Test Processes, introduced new tools and frameworks, and has deployed the Test Dashboard, which has been core for the governance of Testing Projects. Prior to joining MindTree, she worked at Wipro for 10+ years. Sylvia is a member of the ISO/IEC JTC7 Working Group 26 software Testing.
