    brilliant post. I am designer. As designers we are taught to think about the context of use and think about the end user. A lot of what you write aligns with the whole customer-centric design thinking view. There is need for more such thinking in management and strategy. I would urge you to reach out to the User experience design team at Mindtree and help them spread this idea further. Does Mindtree teach this kind of thinking to all its people in the orientation program ?
