MindTree Welcomes you to Beacon 2011

This past decade has presented our industry with unusual challenges - terrorist attacks, oil-price escalation, and the recent recession.  As we emerge from these challenges, we find that the industry is grappling with changes due to emerging technologies, devices, changing demographic landscape, and distribution channels.  The question arises as to how do we cope with this constantly evolving ecosystem?

MindTree has more than a decade of experience in helping our Travel & Transportation customers in using IT to not only save costs, but to add significant business value and help them be better prepared to address changes in the industry.  As we are now on the threshold of a promising new decade, we are using this opportunity to help Travel & Transportation industry executives to look ahead and plan for the future.

We are proud to host our first Travel & Transportation summit "Beacon 2011" – an annual event that brings together industry executives and analysts to exchange views and ideas.  Legendary American Airlines' ex-CEO Robert Crandall is our keynote speaker at this inaugural summit.  Other luminaries such as Charlie Feld, Founder of Feld Group and former CIO of Delta Airlines, Henry Harteveldt of Forrester, and Harvey Gluckman of TPI are also confirmed speakers at the summit.  Together, our roster of eminent speakers expands upon the theme for this event, "Leading for Growth during Changing Times."

Siva Vajjhala, VP & Global Head of MindTree’s Travel & Transportation Group in his Thought Paper presents his views on what he believes to be the success mantras to survive in this changing times.

Beacon 2011 presents a great opportunity for you to interact with your peers, as we expect more than 40 senior executives from the industry in attendance.

We look forward to meeting you at Rosewood Mansion (http://www.mansiononturtlecreek.com), a venue that’s world-class in the heart of Dallas, on February 10-11, 2011. Add to Calender
