MindTree's Retail delivery organization is supported by Centers of Excellence (CoEs) comprising of a mix of functional and technical experts who help in sharing best practices across the engagements, building solutions/frameworks and identifying future direction, emerging trends and challenges. We leverage our alliance with partners such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle to enhance competency in product knowledge, new solutions and frameworks and provide integrated end-to-end solutions to our customers. MindTree has dedicated CoEs for Oracle Retail, IBM WebSphere, Sterling Commerce,  Microsoft Dynamics and Testing.

Oracle Retail CoE

MindTree's Oracle Retail CoE works in collaboration with the MindTree's Retail Industry Group, Oracle Practice and the Java/J2EE Practice to build internal competency via training, recruitment, establishing alliances, defining processes and methodologies and sharing best practices across projects. MindTree's focus areas within Oracle Retail include RMS (Retail Merchandising System), RPM (Retail Price Management), RWMS (Retail Warehouse Management System), ReSA (Retail Sales Audit), Allocation, ReIM (Retail Invoice Matching), RDF (Retail Demand Forecasting), 360 Commerce and SIM (Store Inventory Management). Our CoE team comprises of Oracle Retail technology experts and senior domain consultants with experience in areas such as point-of-sale, merchandising, supply chain management, inventory management, store management and financials.


IBM WebSphere CoE

IBM WebSphere CoE at MindTree has over 450 professionals specializing in WebSphere technologies developing scalable, secure B2B, B2C and B2E applications on various WebSphere products helping companies leverage technology to deliver against specific business challenges.

 

Sterling Commerce CoE

MindTree Sterling Commerce COE has developed a holistic perspective on offering Sterling Commerce package based solutions to customers.
