Software Setup for Desktops
MindTree provides a standard desktop with Windows OS and MS Office suite, loaded with Symantec AV and Acrobat reader, to all users. Requirements for additional software setups usually depend on the nature of work assigned. Server software setups can similarly be modified based on requirements. With close replication of the environment that exists at your current ‘on-site’ location, we ensure that all support center operations perform at the necessary levels.

Bandwidth requirements are calculated based on factors like size of tech support teams, project setup, amount of data/packet transfer, and mode of connectivity. Internet bandwidth is typically used to access your CRM systems to record support cases, conduct remote desktop access sessions (WebEX/Go-To-Assist/Citrix/VNC) during problem resolutions, and for transferring diagnostic data across systems. Appropriate bandwidth will be provided to our tech support team to function as an integral unit of your team. Special attention is also given to eliminate productivity constraints that may arise from inadequate bandwidth availability.
