Test Process Consulting

One of our primary engagement methods, MindTree test process consulting involves a senior MindTree test consultant who will visit your team, and thoroughly examine and evaluate your systems and processes. Aimed at test management and process improvement, our consultant will work with you over a 2 or 3 week workshop.

MindTree's test consultants use their rich experience and sound understanding of best practices required for high quality product development. We complement the development team by providing honest and unbiased critiques on the development process, over the short duration of the study without compromise on the quality of deliverables.

As part of test process consulting, MindTree offers assistance with defining test strategy and test plan. We can help identify key gaps in existing processes, earmark areas for improvement, and create the roadmap to implement the same with ease. Gap analysis is done to help create test processes, templates, guidelines, and best practices.

Testing CoE

MindTree can help you build a dedicated Testing Centre of Excellence. The Centralized Quality Organization, a key part of the CoE, can focus on enhancing test effectiveness, establishing goals, well-defined processes, governance mechanisms, multi-disciplined skill sets, and common tools and technologies to deliver effective testing services to larger enterprises.

Embedded Test Teams

Within the embedded test team model, a majority of the work is carried out alongside the development team. A fixed price project, this engagement involves engineers deployed on different products and components.

Turnkey Independent Testing

MindTree provides independent turnkey testing on a need basis for individual projects whether you require testing of entire systems or components and subsystems. Testing teams could be led by a customer test manager or a MindTree test manager.
