MindTree has developed a structured framework aimed at a qualitative assessment of the health of DW/BI solutions. MindTree’s assessment framework take a 360 degree view of the DW/BI implementation to identify and bridge all possible areas. It focuses on both the technical aspects of the solution as well as the non-technical aspects and hence is able to ferret out many improvement aspects that are non technical like data quality ownership structures, data management processes, solution version management processes, which go a long way in improving the quality of the solution.
