Bangalore, December 6: MindTree Consulting, an international IT Services and R&D Services company, has once again been recognized as one of the best places to work in India. It has been ranked among the top five ‘Great Places to Work’ in a study conducted by Grow Talent Company and Businessworld magazine. This is the first time MindTree has participated in this survey, which ranks companies across all industries.
MindTree is uniquely positioned in the final list, as it is the youngest company in the top five ‘Great Places to Work.’ It has also emerged as the best among the Indian IT companies. The study rated workplaces on parameters including Credibility, Pride, Respect, Fairness and Camaraderie. Reacting to the recognition, Ashok Soota, Chairman and Managing Director of MindTree Consulting said, ”It is yet another small reinforcement that we are on the right track in pursuit of our vision of being globally admired in our business for our practices.
