MindTree’s unique solution integrates Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution 1.0 (A2DP) and Hands-Free (HFP) 1.0 profiles into a single embedded software suite. With this solution, MindTree has successfully integrated two independent applications into a single optimized module, which will help reduce the complexity of integration for original equipment manufacturers.
Using the A2DP, the integrated headset can be used to listen to high-quality music from a Bluetooth-enabled audio source such as an MP3 player or cellular phone. The integrated hands-free profile provides the perfect combination to the headset, enabling the user to use the same device as a hands-free unit in a car, thereby serving a wide range of applications.

MindTree’s Baseband Controller is proven in silicon and has been successfully integrated on System-on-a-Chip for hand-held devices. It is also the core of high-end Bluetooth Protocol Exerciser product. MindTree has an end-to-end approach to Bluetooth, offering BQB-qualified baseband-controllers, protocol stacks and profiles.
