Bangalore, October 19, 2004: MindTree Consulting, an international R&D and IT services company, announced today its support for the Intel® IXP23XX product line of network processors. MindTree is a member of the Intel® Communication Alliance and provides network processor application software development services for the entire Intel® IXP2XXX product line.
The Intel® IXP2325 and Intel® IXP2350 network processors are the latest additions to the Intel® IXP2XXX product line and extend Intel's fully programmable architecture to new, lower cost/performance points for access and edge applications.
MindTree is working with telecom equipment vendors who will be using the Intel® IXP23XX product line in their designs to develop software for applications like DSLAMs and base stations.

MindTree will develop solutions around the IXP23XX for its customers, involving development of microcode and integration with the control plane," said MindTree General Manager, Communications Group, Rajagopal N.
