Osmosis - The MindTree TechFest

Osmosis, the much-awaited annual learning event of MindTree Consulting was inaugurated at the West Campus on Thursday, 14th Dec. About 500 Minds came together and helped to execute the event.

Dr. U. R. Ananthamurthy, eminent litterateur and Jnanapith award winner formally inaugurated the event by lighting the traditional lamp. Mr. Ashok Soota welcomed the chief guests for the event, Mr. Raj Rawal, CIO of Burger King and Dr. Ananthamurthy.

The day long event had power packed panel discussion on In the larger context, the Great Indian IT story is more symbolic than substantial. The discussion was moderated by our COO, Subroto Bagchi while the panelists include Prof. Sadagopan, Founder Director, IIIT; Ms. Hema Ravichander, Strategic HR Advisor; Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief, TIMES NOW and S Janakiraman, Co-founder and President, MindTree Consulting.

The biggest attraction was the stalls that were set up by different practices and teams show casing the technology prowess of MindTree. There were students paper presentations and various technical paper presentations in front of learned audience. MindTree also showcased its Bluetooth prowess presenting 25 IPs it has built and licensed to companies worldwide. The event was signed off by mesmerizing dance performances.

Osmosis 2006 celebrated technology and set the stage for new innovations.
