Best places to work
We continue to work towards making MindTree a differentiated and joyous workplace and to make further progress on our journey to achieve our vision of becoming a truly admired global workplace.
MindTree was recently selected to the list of “Great Places to Work in India” for the fourth consecutive year. MindTree was also selected for special recognition as the Best Workplace for Women in India.
The survey, called the “Best Workplaces in India” was conducted over a period of six months by the Great Place to Work Institute, in collaboration with The Economic Times and rated workplaces on parameters like credibility, pride, respect, fairness and camaraderie.
While MindTree’s overall ranking this year was 14, we continue to be the number one Indian IT services company on the list. While most other Indian IT services companies fail to make the list, MindTree is one of seven companies which has made it to the Top-25 list for four years in a row. This recognition once again reinforces MindTree’s position as the most consistent “Employer of Choice” over the last five years.
