The BlueWiz 2.1 BT Silicon IP is a Bluetooth® Baseband controller IP core, for integration with ASICs and FPGAs. BlueWiz is a composite HW-FW implementation of the V2.1+EDR Bluetooth® specifications. The Bluetooth controller firmware includes the HCI transport driver, HCI, LM and link control layers of the lower stack, and an underlying OS abstraction layer. The firmware is written entirely in ANSI C, with straightforward portability to 32-bit CPUs/buses. The Baseband controller has been proven in silicon - in multiple ARM-based SOCs - as well as in products such as mobile phone dongles.
