Developed and Implemented a Trade Promotions Management Solution for a Fortune 500 CPG Organization Across 30 Countries

MindTree developed a web based, single instance Trade Promotions Management (TPM) solution for a Fortune 500 CPG organization for their operations in more than 30 countries spread across Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. The solution helped in streamlining the planning and execution of Trade Promotions and enabled effective control on managing trade funds. In addition, the solution provided a single view of all the promotion activities in the operating company and helped in investing the right funds behind appropriate activities.

With inbuilt reporting tool that also supports ad-hoc reporting, business users were able to use the tool for analysis and month-end financial reporting along with accruing for spends. The solution was also capable of interfacing with multiple ERPs like SAP, BPCS and MFG PRO.
