Remote Network Operation Management

The MindTree Remote Network Operations Centre (RNOC) is designed to work as an extension of your network and system infrastructure team. Staffed with certified, experienced engineers, this Remote Network Management centre can monitor and maintain network devices, enterprise servers, databases and applications. More importantly, the RNOC will also own the issues until resolution. This proactive monitoring of the network and server environment improves our ability to react quickly to warnings, thus minimizing failures.

The RNOC can be configured through custom VLANs, making it possible to build dedicated Level 1-Level 3 infrastructure, database-only support teams. The remote network management centre is secure with limited access to authorized persons only.

Proactive Monitoring and Notifications

MindTree engineers will monitor and trend network traffic, server and storage utilization, CPU load and memory statistics, and immediately communicate any unusual activity. . Actions will then be initiated to manage incidents, restoring services with minimal loss of availability.

Response to Calls

Phone calls are answered within two to three rings, and our engineers are always eager to help. MindTree’s voice infrastructure is TDM quality, with each client having an option to subscribe to our 1-800 feature.

Low Abandon Rate

Our voice call abandon rate is very low - less than 0.5 percent, exclusive of caller-dropped calls. MindTree CMS reports are reviewed by experienced quality analysts, and the summary reviewed by the project manager and service delivery managers.

MindTree RNOC is equipped with infrastructure to ensure round-the-clock notification for our engineers and shift managers of global events that may have the potential to disrupt operations. Proactive processes are triggered to maximize service delivery and minimize disruptions.
