Mindtree's Experience Design Group is an eclectic group of Designers, Researchers, Technologists, Business Strategists, Planners, Artists and Psychologists. User Research and Strategy
In today’s competitive market, it becomes imperative that business applications, devices, websites etc., provide positive user experiences to gain users trust. User experience directly impacts perceptions about a company, its brand value and even market share. We have understood this early on at MindTree and utilized a User Centric Design approach to build solutions. A critical aspect of building successful applications is a deep understanding of the user which can be achieved by actionable user research. Our user research specialists use a combination of research methods to gain insights into the behavioral aspects of users rather than just relying on the demographic segmentations. They distill the needs, desires, and motivations of the users which drives the design of a successful product.
Cross Channel Experience Design Strategy
Customers are transacting almost everywhere, at all hours of the day, through web, phone, store, mobile and more. They expect seamless brand experience across every channel. Businesses that served their customers in traditional ways are now struggling to make similar impact on new age channels. Leveraging our deep understanding of channel strength and weaknesses and user behaviors, we design cross-channel experience strategies. We help our customers become high performers across channels.
Experience Design for Mobile and Emerging Platforms
Research also validates that mobile platforms are turning into a key ingredient of business strategy. MindTree UX group has extensive experience designing compelling interactive experiences for digital platforms including mobile applications, mobile websites, kiosks, and interactive television interfaces. We focus on understanding how users interact with these devices—and how interaction differs from using the internet through a desktop display.
User Experience Assessment
As more competitive products are available in the market, people are looking forward to use easier and simpler products. Experience assessment is a valuable part of our design strategy at every stage of implementation. Our consultants work along with the users, stakeholders, business analysts, and designers to provide usable solutions. Our experts determine the usability goals and perform assessment with the actual users. We provide in-house usability assessment testing throughout our design process to explore the usability problems and provide recommendations on designs. That is from paper prototype and visual design, to functional prototypes to beta versions of products.
