MindTree’s Centers of Excellence (CoE) help ascertain future challenges and changes in the EAI and BPM practice, and build internal competency and design solutions for your enterprise

The key objectives of our CoE initiative are:

 Framework

• Implement tracking mechanisms for creation and use of solution frameworks / service line
• Implement 1 solution per service line
• Launching “Process Asset Repository”

Competency

• Own internal certification courses
• Gain in-depth knowledge on tools
• Implement bulletin board system for collaboration
• Collate best practices across projects

 Brand

• Monthly newsletter to be published to industry groups and clients
• Conduct workshops (in person or over video conference) for internal & external customers
• Participate in 1 conference/workshop per product
• Publish  white papers in EAI BPM forums
