SOA Strategy Creation

SOA strategy creation includes a visioning workshop, SOA assessment feasibility, and portfolio analysis exercises. MindTree helps assess current architectures, suggests/defines future ones, and draws up implementation roadmaps. Our main deliverable here is a comprehensive strategy document.

SOA Technology Selection

SOA technology selection involves identification of the SOA technology stack, and short-listing vendors. Functional, technical, and other vendor criteria are discussed, and vendor interviews conducted. Tools are installed in-house ensuring hands-on experience. Once the selection is finalized, a full SOA technology selection report is submitted.

SOA Governance

Here, current governance is assessed, challenges identified, and measurement KPIs defined. Areas for governance improvement within processes and organizational structure as well as measurement tools/new metrics are identified. Comprehensive implementation roadmaps are drawn up, and a full SOA governance report is submitted.

SOA Assessment

This involves a full assessment of the current SOA implementation, covering organization, methodology, services, integrations, infrastructure, and governance. Business and technology goals are identified, and key initiatives understood. MindTree helps define end-state SOA, identify gaps, and prepare the implementation roadmap. A full SOA assessment report is then submitted.
