Using cluster analysis, MindTree was able to address these business drivers. The business impact included creation of analytical models used to optimize customer treatment strategies and drive campaign management decisions.
The project covered over 2.5 million customers; 12 different behavioral variables. Through the analysis of redemption, loyalty miles, passport information; credit card information; and flight transactions, MindTree helped identify 8 new customer behavior segments.
Using technologies that included Informatica Power Center, Informatica Power Analyzer and Oracle, MindTree was able to create a regional data warehouse and business intelligence offerings. We helped implement a "material view layer" for reporting to facilitate data loading during normal working hours and produced higher performance results.
The project implemented solution across 7 countries; multi-language and multi-currency offering.
