• The plants do not come to the gardener; the gardener must go to where the plants may be.
  • Each plant has different needs at different times and the gardener must anticipate those and be proactive.
  • However tall a mountain is, and however torrential the rain on it, it cannot hold water. To hold water, you need to make your mind a valley.
  • I am not the purpose, I am the mode of conveyance; like a municipal water pipe, my job is to deliver the water and not quench my own thirst.

For the last three days I am reading the book, ” Go Kiss the World ” I am very much impressed by this book. I am reading the book for the 3 rd time in 3 days. And getting a new insight each time I read it.An extract from this book is included in the Higher Secondary ( 12th ) compulsory English language text book in Maharashtra. While explaining some of the lessons to my son I was under the influence of the contents of that extract for several days. Now I am reading the full text. Very enlightening book indeed.

Dear Mr. Bagchi,

Myself Srinivasan, 31, from Goa.

I have read your Go Kiss the world and now i am with the High Performance Enterpreneur. I was part of a start up team at G2G Engineering services, and i could see 100% match with your Book. When i am reading this book, i feel like i am reading the summary of the things what i had been part of last 4 yrs. Thanks to God, we were in the right path. Also i found few mistakes we have done during the first four years.

Sooner i will be on my own and your book told me the areas of improvement. Which i cannot neglect to become a bussiness owner.

Your book has all the rights to become bible for enterpreneurs. Also your reading recommendations are very useful. i am adding one by one in my library.

And all i want to say you is “Thank You”

Sincere Regards,
Srini

I read your book and enjoyed every word, lines and page of it. Every page I passed by, I was living my past and present and also deciding on my future. I was highly motivated by your example of ‘Daily wage earners’.

Dear Subroto Bagchi,

I recently read your book “The Professional”. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine. While I thank my friend for suggesting me this book, I would also like to extend my thank you to you for writing this book.

It has been 6 years now I started my career. Since last few years I have been feeling that there is no value of all these professionalisam and ethics in this corporate world. People who follow these have nothing to gain but just the self satisfaction to console one self. I am not really sure in how many organizations these values are encouraged and recognized in true sense.

While I was losing the faith in this corporate world, your book has helped me bring myself back to perform my duties for which I am hired by my organization. It is a very difficult task to keep self motivated at times, but ultimately it helps. Becasue it strengthens the attribute of “sustainability” and just helps to be prepared for any odds in life.

While I do not have any IT background, I will look forward to find a place in your organization where these principals are preached.

Once again, thank you for motivating through your book.

Regards
Sweta
