Client is a global air-transport technology solutions provider with over 5000 employees across 138 countries.

The Challenge

The client’s HR landscape comprised several disparate systems and a complex HR process portfolio, making it difficult to bring the data together for meaningful analysis. The siloed systems and the lack of consistent data management processes hindered standardized reporting and data-driven decision making. The existing systems also lacked the ability to support mobile-based self-service for stakeholders such as employees, managers and HR specialists, leading to poor user experience.

Mindtree Solution

Mindtree adopted a two-phased implementation approach based on Oracle OUM methodology for absence management, benefits, payroll, talent management and compensation. We deployed Global Oracle Cloud HCM configuration with role-based access for various roles like HR specialists, managers, employees and recruiters to improve self-service capabilities.

Next, we leveraged a unique combination of embedded Business Intelligence (BI) and Fusion HR analytics (OBIA & OAC) to enable integrated reporting capabilities across different locations. Finally, our team of experts introduced country specific on-boarding processes using Taleo recruiting and on-boarding application, ensured automated payroll data upload to third party applications, and enabled performance testing to assess the responsiveness and stability of the system.

The client currently enjoys a fully integrated HCM system across EBS Finance, Hyperion, third-party learning management system, and Taleo recruiting and onboarding application.
