This solution helps customers improve their operational efficiency by reducing the overall turnaround time. The solution enables compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, improves the quality of credit being appraised and sanctioned, while retaining the existing processes and templates.
Assisted a US based Fortune 500 commercial and consumer ﬁnance enterprise in its de-merger and business restructuring processes by:
- Implementing a data warehousing solution involving master data management and enterprise data consolidation across 50 countries and 5 lines of business
- Improving operational efficiencies for the transportation ﬁnance division through a comprehensive leasing solution
Facilitated a US based mid-sized corporate bank to grow their domestic business and set up operations in a new geography. In addition, we have undertaken the following:
- Ownership of managing the primary online delivery channel, which handles ePayments of approximately USD 150 billion annually
- Helped generate a new revenue stream through their analytics service offerings
