The six-month search for winner of our e-commerce award ended with Coca-Cola Enterprises taking home the honor.
This award was developed in partnership with IGD, a membership organization for the retail and consumer goods industries with 850 members worldwide. It’s an award that aims to recognize important innovations in e-commerce that make significant improvements to companies’ profits and growth while also creating remarkable online shopping experiences for consumers.

Launching glacéau smartwater in the UK, Coca-Cola wanted to capitalise on the growth of water online so, using numerous tactics and working with its retailers, it came up with a comprehensive and successful launch strategy that delivered beyond expectations.
