Bots and the Evolving Mindtree Automation Workforce
Our workforce is evolving to be a combination of Mindtree Minds and bots. We are proud to report that we now have 700 bots alongside Mindtree Minds.
If we classify the work into routine and non-routine work, bots are deployed to take up the routine and repetitive work that can be formulated into a standard operating procedure. The bots address automation in various areas of business processes and IT processes - for example, monitoring, active directory management, Windows service management, disk space/backup and reporting etc.
Bots have enabled Mindtree Minds to take up higher order roles where human cognition is critical, jobs such as architecture, creating solutions, coding and of course designing automation for routine and repetitive tasks.
